@@kristianthe1st859 certainly is mate, we in Great Britain being a group of 3 nations have a lot of mountains. Climbed the highest in England called Skafell Pike (lake district national park), Wales called Snowdon (Snowdonia National Park) and the Highest is Ben Nevis in Scotland (which is the hightest in the UK). Thanks to this guy i’ve gone from not being able to walk up 2 flights of stairs to a small office to this. The amount of people I recommend him too is unreal.

It's uncommon in the US because studies done decades ago found that if you overtrained your knees with max weights they'd feel painful, so instead of building up strength slowly fitness trainers have just avoided training the knees at all costs in the US since.

I've always done triple extension by default. I didn't realize a lot of people dont even know how to do it. I'm a small guy, 5"7' 130 pounds, and can almost touch the rim on a basketball hoop if that says how good triple extension can be. I use the same mechanics when throwing things. My brain just defaults to using every single part of my body down to my fingertips. That doesn't mean I can do it well, I could throw harder than people even 2x my size in school but let me tell you when I missed almost everything in dodgeball. Had a cannon but couldnt hit anybody with it. 😂

Most cannot do this, but should be able to, and I am on their case to get there. There is a sensible about of upper body strength and shoulder mobility for maximum explosion… but for one foot jumping, twigs win. (Watch Olympic high jumpers). Just remember to always stretch otherwise you’ll have a 2 year window of dunking before spending the rest of you’re life with sand for knee cartilage. Wait a minute ! You had already played college ball and you’re clearly over 6’, but you didn’t get your first dunk until after you met knees over toes guy!? Great content just seems weird

So many of those who gravitated to ATG are the natural WORST athletes, looking for solutions. He also went from bench to starter, while doing ATG in college. Many of us have gone from walk-on to scholarship while doing ATG in college. Hope that makes sense. I agree that would seem strange.
