Doing THIS caused my anxiety attacks
Anxiety affects everyone but too often we feel the pressure to just suck it up and "get over it".
This is especially true for those pursuing a creative career or entrepreneurship.
The truth is, regardless of who you are, artist, entrepreneur or not, many battle anxiety more today than ever before.
Here's my personal story of when I started having anxiety attacks, what caused them, and how I ultimately overcame them.

Thank you for your insight. I always thank God for the hardships (like panic attacks and extreme anxiety disorder) that He has given me because from them I grow more compassionate and caring for others going thru the same thing. You are the first person I have ever heard express that same feeling. Since my anxiety is attached to years of trauma and not connected to anything happening at the time, I just have to sit with it and wait for it to subside, but I do use some of the examples you listed to make it easier. I pray that you have slayed your dragon and that it never rears its ugly head again.

Panic attacks feel so scary. It literally feels like you’re actually dying. But oddly enough, I only get serious attacks, right before someone who I know of- dies. Like a celebrity or friend. Or, a few days before something drastic happens in my life. Very strange and interesting. I love the vibe of your channel and how you’re explaining things! New subscriber ✨

Shalom man of God and many blessings to you and to your beautiful wife and families (personal/ministries). I respect your transparency about this subject and about your own personal experience with it. I have had my share of experiences, especially during the times when my assignment and calling was met with pressures and challenges that I was not accustomed to on that level. It was between the years of 2015-2017 when I had the experiences. And it was frustrating because I did not understand how to deal with it. A few things played a part in the experiences. I was afraid to go full throttle into my assignment because I did not know what to expect, especially from people. And worrying about the opinions of others was a reason why I was experiencing anxiety and having to war and fight through being misunderstood was another. And trying to pattern my life after what other people thought I should be experiencing was another reason. These experiences made me feel as if I was getting alot of things wrong in this walk in Christ. For one, I was not following the patterns that were put down by man and by religious systems. I am not saying any of these things to defy order. But I am trying to show people how it is important for us to allow The Most High to teach us about His life apart from religious protocols that oppress our design. I do not deny the mistakes and errors that I made along the way while trying to understand my calling and assignment, but The Most High wanted to teach me who I was in His image. And trying to copy protocols that are built around religious experiences could not teach me that. And this is one of the reasons why The Most High made it His business to teach me the importance of staying intimately connected to my experiences with the wilderness. As you know, the wilderness environment unveils the experience we go through with the process of regeneration and refinement. And one of the many famous lessons that have been used to teach us about this process is the event with Moses and the children of Israel. The Most High uses the wilderness so He can extract the fallen nature out of us as well as the life that is connected to the world, to sin and to darkness. Now even though Moses and the children of Israel came out of Egypt with resources and material possessions, they were expressing movement in an environment that required their immediate attention with the dying process. They had to die even though they had wealth and abundance. They had to die to the learned behaviors they picked up in Egypt. They had to die to the lifestyles they became accustomed to within that world. They had to die to the systems they were conditioned to express life from. In other words, The Most High was desiring to teach them how to detach from the world altogether, and detach from the fallen state of it, so they could give a reflection to The Most High's life from a place that is consecrated, purified, and restored. So for those who do deal with anxiety, it is important for these precious souls to learn how to detach from the world while expressing The Most High's life. And we do that by learning how to express this life through His Spirit. We have to learn how to live from the realm of Heaven while expressing movement and productivity in the earth. This keeps us from being overwhelmed with experiences like depression, anxiety, and with experiences with emptiness, and feelings of unfulfillment, which can cause us to resort to things that feed carnality and appetites that cater to the flesh. We are born to live from the same realm The Most High lives from and we are suppose to live from that realm everyday. It does not matter what pursuits we may have going on in life. We are to live from the realm of eternity and Heaven when engaging in those pursuits. It is this realm that protects our welfare internally. It is this realm that keeps us in the presence of The Most High and in the presence of His peace. This is the realm that brings our true passions alive with the breath of The Most High. I learned these things by staying attached to my experiences with the wilderness. Thank you for allowing me to share this with you man of God and God Bless you and your beautiful wife and families. Shalom
