After not seeing any content from you for a while, I grew concerned about what may be going on with you. A change of age decades can certainly trigger intense thoughts. And, I truly think from the twenties to the thirties is the most difficult change. Your short film summed up that level of change as only you can. Your care with your editing still amazes me; the solo piano a perfect accompaniment. I can’t imagine what profound feelings you are experiencing, but if you want to take us on that journey, then I, for one, will follow. Life is everything you said, but it’s also, in your case, filled with a lot of people who care about you. Take some comfort in knowing we are here for you. Your slight smile at the end tells me you are trying very hard to live your words. It’s a profound last image. You are holding your journal and are surrounded by the countryside that has given you so much creative energy. Keep growing with that energy. All will be well.

Fuck, i dont think ive ever watched a more relatable video 😂 I often feel like i'm on my own path whilst comparing myself to my friends or even strangers, and yet i somehow feel i'm wrong for this, because i dont currently have what they have. The way that you've outlined this feeling is captured perfectly in this video, but you also make a very good point about the positives, that in the moment, make it all worth it, and reset the clock on the negative feelings. Thats just my personal experience but you've captured it so well, i just wanted to mention that. Thank you for this video, its really great, as are you for creating it 😊

What a lovely message to tell everyone. Im now 21 years old and life is sometimes strange and I almost feel a completely different person to who I used to be idk if it’s partly because the environment around me has changed as I’ve gone though school and collage and now in full time work as a mechanic or maybe it’s because I’ve found a passion for something else entirely different to what I used to find interesting. Im happy with life atm though and have made some great friends with my relatively new found passion of classic cars (I got very excited when I saw your BMW btw the excitement of seeing your car actually made me decide to leave a comment because I thought it was so awesome). Thank you for this video and hears to many more years of classic car driving. Also something I always enjoy talking about is classic cars and I actually got my first classic when I was 17 which was a 1972 mgb gt. I used to use it as my daily up until a couple of years ago when it really needed restoring as the rust was really getting to it. Me and my dad are now giving it a full restoration and I’m enjoying all the new skills I’m learning and the extra time I’m spending with my dad. Thanks again for this great video
@CharlotteElizabeth30002 ай бұрын
I actually think this is the most wholesome comment I've ever read. Thank you so much for sharing this! Love that you got your first classic so young, I got my first classic when I was 17/18 too! It was a 1977 Triumph Dolomite that I used as my daily for 5 years until the rust got too bad on her and also needed restoration like yours haha, me and my dad did a few bits to her but she's now in a garage! Hoping to get her back in spring. Sorry went on a bit of a tangent haha, just love hearing other peoples classic car stories ❤️ thanks again for sharing, would be super interested in seeing your restoration journey if you've ever thought about making videos!
@wukongdukong162 ай бұрын
@@CharlotteElizabeth3000 Thank you for your lovely reply! And wow a triumph dolomite as your first classic what an amazing car I’ve always really fancied a dolomite sprint actually there one of my favourite classic cars as I’m I huge MG and triumph fan. One of my friends actually has a dolomite 1850 and he uses it as his daily and has covered over 5000 miles in it over the few months he’s had it! I have though about making videos of the restoration of my mgb but I think I’d struggle to find the time to edit the videos as me and my dad both work full time and we both get about a couple hours of work done to the mgb everyday that we can, it’s now got new sills, floor pans, rear quarters, rear valance and plenty more new panels so it’s pretty safe to say there’s more new steel on the car than old now 😂. You’ll have to make a video about your dolomite one day I’d love to see it!

Oh young people of this earth. Humans have never been able to express themselves so freely as now! You are all documenting life and this era in time as if it were just a normal thing to do. It is actually amazing and has never happened on this level before. People used to drive home from work, cook diner and watch TV. Then they go to bed and repeat the cycle. Only the important people were on the TV, movies and radio. The common person had no way to express themselves through a global network of computers using high definition audio and video.

Well done Charlie, another brilliantly made video! I like the idea of using a journal for reflection, planning and self improvement. Gratitude journals are getting popular, and it had been proven that people benefit from writing down things they are grateful for. A good point not to compare to others. Before the days of Tv and the internet, folk had fewer things to compare to, which helped I think. Oh, and don't worry about being 30! It is still young 😂 Plenty to look forward too ❤

Welcome back Charlotte! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. And yes life is good! A positive and thankful mindset attracts positive things and results into our lives. The law of attraction is a VERY powerful tool, and when the mind can learn to harness that power and remain positive and thankful, it can be completely life changing. I've learned that the more I give thanks to the positive things in my life and the more I focus my mind on those things, the more positive things and results I manifest into my life.
