Agreed. I'm near Tampa. My county alone reported 16,000 homes after Helene became uninhabitable. And 2.1 adults live in each of those homes. So you can imagine what those numbers must be if you multiple numbers like that across all the areas hit hard. How in the world did these hurricanes affect hiring but not affect the unemployment rate? Makes zero sense.

I haven't had a raise in 5 years or a vacation. I'm glad I have a job but I'm exhausted. And I'm almost 65, and social security says that I can't apply for retirement until I'm almost 67 now. And due to the illegal immigrant crisis created by the feckless democrats, social security is going down and it's going broke and they're saying that US citizens who've been paying into the system are probably going to see a 23% cut in their social security benefits, which means they're not going to be able to afford their rents, their mortgages, their food even more so! All Thanks to harris and biden and all of their corrupt bureaucrats!
