Doubtful! If that page were optimized for signups, the form/cta would be above the fold and we'd make it so you HAD to put in your email to use it or get your results. Another way to improve that page is to have a pop-up with a signup form. So... yeah. We purposefully didn't do any of that. We just want people to use it and, if they happen to sign up? We're grateful.

it's what every business should do. I hate copywriters mocking other copy (writer or gurus) funnel, when that's the shit you're trying to learn and make money of. Either learn from it or don't pursue copy.

Hey guys, how strong of a portfolio do I need to apply for entry level copywriting jobs at a company, say in house or at an agency? I realize "strong" sounds pretty vague but I would really like some guidance. I feel like getting to work with a company would help me gain experience as well as put some money in my pocket.

It should be strong enough such that it immediately and clearly displays your skill and internalized knowledge to any experienced person who sees it.

What's the difference between a junior copywriter and a noob? 1-2 years with at least 3 clients?

Impossible to say. Back at Agora Financial, the difference was determined by sales: something like 10000 front end sales and $10 million generated allowed you to go from junior to mid level. (All newbies were considered juniors.) But that obviously doesn't translate well to most other copywriters or situations. So if I had to make something up, I'd say the difference between a newbie and a junior is just... whether they're getting paid at all.

Hey guys, what about commision based deals? are they a good deal to offer to clients?

Commission based deals, or deals where you get a royalty or any sort of revenue split, usually come either after you've established a very close relationship with a client over a long time, OR if you are writing something very one to the point of sale, like a sales letter, where attribution and tracking is easy.
