I only eat raw, chopped/sliced tomatoes in salads because if they're cooked, they spike my blood sugar. I eat other whole fruits only; I stopped drinking juices 21 years ago. Thank you doc and love you too; God bless 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you. I love tomatoes and onions together raw. I mix them up with a little salt, and let them set over night. I know salt is bad for people, but you gotta have something. Sometimes I mix in raw garlic. Thanks for the great information.

Donate dad and don't eat this is not the answer , If you Diabetic as soon as it's possible get an insulin injection and go online and find out why You are insulin resistant there are couple minerals you have to take to be OK, And get Desk come G6 Glucose monitoring as soon as is possible, I eat anything I like but in the smalle portion more than 6 times a day, and my A1C1 is 5.1
