First off thank you for the continuous innovative vegan recipes I’ve been watching your videos since I went vegan 4 years ago and you have shaped the way I look at food. 🙌 also your hair looks amazing I can’t tell if these are extensions or not but if not please share your secrets in that department as well my hair has been thinning 🥺

This seems to be a perfect recipe for the summer. I feel like my mum would like these a lot as she is the biggest cauliflower fan I know :D A fantastic dish to please all the people, not only vegans! . Anyways, sending you lots of love! Have a fantastic rest of the week!

Yum. Love the quick and easy sauce. I would add a bit of gochujang Korean red pepper paste to the sauce to kick it up a bit. Yum.

Candice, this weekend I was told about a dish called utica greens. It has Italian roots and settlers in the area cooked it. We met a great couple that live in Speculator NY and have started a homestead. They farm...and we used their Swiss chard for the recipe. They are Scott and Michelle snd this dish is awesome! Sauté onion,garlic,green pepper, pickled jalapeños or just jalapeño, a few kale leaves and a bunch of swiss chard. Simmer then cover with bread crumbs and grated parm or grana padana, place in broiler 2-3 min and boom yummy yummy

A hack for keeping the food from rolling around and handling them easier, is to use 2 skewers spaced a half inch or so apart.🌸

This is so random but that tahini you have in the background (with the orange lid) is the BEST tahini I have found in Canada! Every time I see it at the store I stock up

Wish I had a grill so much right now! These look SO GOOD. Do you have a recommendation for a good grill pan? I've had one in the past but everything stuck to it no matter how much I greased it.

I can’t wait to BBQ these bad boys I’m drooling already!! How long ahead can I prepare them before a bbq? If i put them in the fridge before a BBQ, would they go soggy? What’s the best way to preserve them before i BBQ since I want to make them ahead of time

They’re good in the fridge for 24 hours as long as you don’t have the sauce on them. Once you throw them on the grill, they’re crisp up again 😉

This recipe would also be good for a vegan version of sweet and sour chicken balls if you swapped the sauce. Great if you're looking for a simple vegan fake away. Or make it super spicy with a gochujang based sauce.

Funny enough there ain't one! They're both the exact same thing but simply labeled in two different ways depending on brand/factory etc.

Well luckily this is more meant as a side dish, so you can also have something that does fill you up as the main.

What type & brand of bbq is that?

it's a Napoleon, you can tell by the S pattern grates, they are made in Canada but you can get them in the US. They are high end like Wolf, but not as overpriced. She is using the cast iron grill grate add-on which I believe does not come standard, they normally come with stainless steel.

here's a version which may be useful for *some* toaster ovens as they are a few inches shorter than the single flat Broil King skewers which I found at Canadian Tire: www.leevalley.com/en-ca/shop/kitchen/outdoor-cooking/barbecue-utensils/68890-double-prong-skewers
