Arguably the most entertaining thing to do in these kind of games is to annihilate your guests in all kind of ways. In Roller Coaster Tycoon there is a custom type coaster where the vagons just go back and forth on a slide. If you change the speed to the maximum, the vagons never go back to the platform, you can just launch your victims into the air and they all die horrific deaths. So much fun.

The best part of that was when you used that fact to fling customers into a neighboring park, thereby causing the game to record that they died in the other park, destroying their reputation, and causing you to win the scenario by default.
