Take out nose ring. Laser removal for face tats. Move to Canada and wear turtle necks. Experiment with haircuts and glasses until you find one that works to jot scare people. Maybe grow long hair and use the hair to block something. Wear light, subtle makeup sometimes maybe. Just throwing out ideas here.

The odds of seeing someone like that working at the library is almost zero, unless the local municipality wants to cut costs by reducing the amount of people that frequent said library significantly. You woildnt see them even to do community service or something. Maybe as part of an early release program or trustee program at a prison... But a legit employee hired like a typical employee? No way. Oh, you disagree? Next time you see an employee at a library with sleeves, neck and face tattoos take a video then send it to me as a DM. I'll give you $5 paypal.
