That and the oil control valve which is a part I’m had trouble finding my 2012 Camry 2.4 burns thru oil and probably gets 20 mpg changing my tensioner and belt today so I’m hoping the noise goes away

Yes if you replace the tensioner also do the belt with mileage it cracks

Autozone 100 bucks comes with a new belt as well
