I hated that episode where the parents birth a child just to be the saving donor for their eldest son going through cancer. Even if their youngest son wants to help his sibling, it's truly sad how parents treated the youngest son. But the ending breaks me even more how the older son is ready to go on..seeing he wants his little brother to live a good and healthy life. Always spend the lasting memories with your child going through cancer before their time comes to close for them to go.

The older sibling is a girl. At 5:18 You can hear the mom say "What is she talking about" If it isn't clear enough, put on the subtitles
