@@felixisaddictedtotennis Sadly no, my mom showed me photos of when she first met my dad(butt chin, chiseled jaw, 6 pack of abs, etc) and photos of my my dad 2 years after he met his first bucket of fried chicken(fat, greasy, struggles to breathe). He basically look like he ate and absorbed my original dad. Took 4 years and a CKD+pre-diabetes diagnosis to make him take his health seriously, now he's much better but he's still kinda fat

The show had some good NYPD advisors. For example, in the scene where they go back to the police station, the uniformed NYPD officers are wearing light blue uniforms like they did back in the 80s up to the mid 1990s before they switched to the dark navy blue uniforms. Small touches like that are sometimes missing in other show's "flashbacks".
