30 years felony probation is actually not terrible for what this defendant could have faced if taken to trial by jury. GA is no joke when it comes to RICO violation indictments with a minimum five years and maximum of 20 years if convicted on each count plus fines/penalties. But like most others have already commented here, 30 years probation is a long, long time to walk the straight and narrow... He'll recidivate within two years time guaranteed. Then the court will turn the screws on him and he probably won't leave a correctional facility for the remainder of his natural life.

To sum it up........just a little time out with the family before one goes to jail and does ALL of the initial sentence and then another probation deal afterwards. Screwed either way!

I really feel bad for these guys, although in and out of jail/ prison is just prt of the lifestyle, nothing new. That lifestyle is so rough/ tough. There’s always positives in every seemingly bad situation. I pray for everyone involved, defendants, alleged victims as well as there families affected. New beginnings. Opportunity to change and be a better person is always an option, for all of us and everyone reading this. 2023 let’s go! Btw (probation in GA can be terminated after 3 years with no violations. I hope it applied to them)
