I'm about to get my first T, this was a great video ad I love that you spoke about the longterm commitment! I'm a longtime animal rescuer who always pushes that angle. One thing I will add just from personal experience with ordering slings is I thought I was getting a 1/2 inch sling but it ended up being closer to 1 inch due to molting during shipping or they just put a larger sling in. Not a big deal but I have had to rethink the enclosure I was putting them in a couple times.

My A. purpurea sling grew out into a juvenile recently. I started out with an A. chalcodes sling I got at an expo last year and now it's 3rd instar and starting to look like a tiny tarantula now. My Pumpkin Patch has got so big now too and is starting to catch up to my purpurea in size. I'm so proud of all of them. I'm going with my roommate to an expo later this year. She wants to find a C. versicolor sling.
