Expect the second trimester to be the best. Also when you see your little one for the first time that love will be like none other. EVERYTHING that you've been through will be washed away in a memory just for you to reveal in the fact that you made a whole human being that came out of you. It's an amazing experience. I'm 9 Weeks with my second baby.

Also my Dr said I can drink at the most 8 oz of coffee since I would drink coffee everyday and because I stopped when I got pregnant it came with serious migraines. She said that was fine to do. So if I'm extremely tired and I have to do stuff I'll drink a cup but other than that I go to bed early and I take naps if I can. But during the first trimester I could hardly keep my eyes open. Oh go for walks too that helps get the blood flowing and heart pumping and you sleep better at night. Once you get to the second trimester your energy will come back. I'm 17 1/2 weeks now and he's coming along great.

I experienced a loss of pregnancy at 9 weeks once, I held my baby in my hand and I can say with all honesty the baby is bigger than a peanut or green olive. My baby was about a bit over half my thumb plus his or her little legs with ten fingers & 10 toes and all the little features. I think the size chart is off.
