I create food by scratch: Organic ginger tumerica and hot peeper,tea.Use ur crock pot strain cop content run it through 2 more times. Deydrate urrent harvest for off season. Juice veggies (dentures here cant chew)but least i make effort and im a 71 healthy energetic gal

Goodness...I'm happy if my sugar is less than150,seems I need to change my perspective...I've been diabetic 18 years and living good daily about 4 years,I've had tremendous improvement but still stuck😢 all those lab results are bad per those standards.but I'm not giving up!

I just had a Apolipoprotein B test done. It is high. The cardiologist wants to put me on a statin My ldl etc are high also.

@@DrLivingood I know all about it and the oreo experiment. Dave and Nick are on it with the scoop! I was just surprised you didn't say anything in this video. I know they train you to manage symptoms with medication, but some doctors tell people a change of diet might be a better option for healing root cause. It must be difficult to decide between satisfying the medical board and healing people...
