Absolutely his wife has a podcast and he is a regular obviously. It’s pretty good, funny, and a good way to get through these quarantine days. He is super chill, and all that being said I was completely thrown and confused by the piercing being a non-selfish one and meant for female pleasure and clitoral stimulation. My mom does radio and in the late 80s/early 90s, she did overnights on a pop station which eventually changed into a country station where she does the morning show now. In the late 80s when she was on one of her overnight shifts, a huge group of people came stumbling into the lobby where all the different stations would split off into their own studios (this was a large company that owned like 5 stations). All of them went into the Rock station's studio with the DJ who did the overnights on that station. This was during the days when radio was a top mainstream source of entertainment and everyone listened, so there would be live local talk and programming 24 hours a day. Eventually she hears the fire alarm go off, which was very unusual. She went out of the studio and started looking around for a fire, worried that something was wrong. Well then she noticed all this hazyness and a weird sort of subtle smell coming from the rock studio. She goes over to the window, and there's Motley Crue, Tommy Lee and all, a bunch of entourage and groupie girls, and the overnight DJ at the mixer/mic. On the table was a hot plate that they had taken from the lunch room. Inside the hot plate was a sizzling mixture that a guy was hunched over, it was freebase cocaine being made fresh in the studio, this was right after a Motley Crue concert earlier that night. The DJ got in a lot of trouble for it because he was caught through the fire alarms going off, but he wasn't even fired for it. It was a different time

I really identified with Brittany’s story about depression and sleeping for 14+ hours at once at 1:25:40. When i was going to school in Nashville in 2015, i was also dealing with really bad anxiety and was really depressed at the same time. During the school week, i found a way to hide what i was struggling with so that no one would catch on. At the end of the week, i would sleep for 48 hours straight. Being alseep was easier than being awake and dealing with reality. Since then, i have sought out counseling and have been to a therapist and i take 15mg of Melatonin a night so that i can regulate my sleep.

Matt Rossetti that’s a good observation. During the period of time when i was living in Nashville, there was definitely a time or two where i was in such a dark place that I didn’t want to live anymore. In those really bleak times, i thought about my family constantly and that is what got me through the worst of it. I am doing a whole lot better now. I still deal with anxiety and the occasional episode of depression, but i have learned healthy coping mechanisms. I also have a great support network of people i can reach out to when things get rocky. I have found that my anxiety experiences are like a “devil on one shoulder, angel on the other shoulder” type of scenario. When my anxiety really ramps up, it takes on OCD characteristics and i check locks on the doors twice or three times before i leave the house or before i go to bed. Even after i finish brushing my teeth every night, i floss twice to make sure i get everything. My anxiety has made me hyper aware of everything. My anxiety has also made me hyper aware of my moods day to day. I am now able to feel and tell when i am mentally spiraling or when my thoughts are racing so that i can address the cause. Managing everything is a daily chore.
