I went to trial last July for my family law custody case. During cross examination and when any question was asked by counsel or the judge, if anyone answered in this fashion, the judge would stop you right there and tell you to listen to the question and answer just what you are being asked. None of this bs here was allowed.

True, he's highly experienced at controlling himself and is used to asking basic but thoughtful questions that get no answers.
