Home, a place where many good friends were made... A place where I had for the most part made myself up to the fun loving guy I am today... A place where I started my days as a small psychologist and helped those in need.. A place where I was taken when my PS3 disk player wouldn't work.... I literally spent a 4 month all day everyday thing with Home, and I grew closer to it.... it allowed me to express my love for being in cosplay without question.... It was a Home for all gamers looking for an easy going day, or a rambunctious and fun night in the clubs showing off your new kicks or moves.... My PS3 eventually broke for a year then found out that I just needed to unplug and plug it back in... Only to find out that Home was shutting down... It was like that movie where the statue of liberty was in the sand.... I was devistated when I seen it was shutting down.... I was to overwhelmed to go on Home on the last day because I didn't want to see the shutdown screen 1st hand.... I will always remember the times I had and even if it is gone, even if I am away, I always got a place called home in my heart.... LONG LIVE HOME IN THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF MANY!!!.... oh and it may come back cuz Home on PS3 was just a Beta (said on loading screen) so PSN has bigger plans for the Home project... maybe Home on Occulous Rift!!! I really miss PS Home. I don't get why it was ended. I miss it so much. I started a ton of stuff there, and had such an amazing time. I think I first played it in 2009, and it was incredible, I loved it so much, and really sad I can't play anymore. I really wish we could all get Sony to bring it back at least onto the PS4. They would get so many new, and returning players, and make money off of it, and get overall a lot of players and good feedback, and it would really change Playstation. I really want to try to bring it back, it isn't right it has to be taken away and all, I know it seems like I'm going a bit far, I am a bit, but I just want to bring it back and better than ever. its so awesome how time flies by without knowing it.I played on that nearly everyday because i was bored of other games, seeing this pop up on my recommended list really hit me like a truck. i made so many memories playing with all of my friends on this, if i could relive those memories i would've done it over and over. PS home wasn't just a online home for randoms to talk and have fun, but it was a virtual home for people to go to, for people to connect and play other games for free. may those memories be the same to everyone. Nostalgia. I loved this game.. From Hub to the Audi areas. Store districts.. LOOT tv's with animated shows and all the LOOT areas.. Space Station. thee old star wars cantina. The casino... I loved the blackjack back there.. the pier with the ferris wheel. City tycoon. The little robot arenas. Dream home. Edo of Nippon. The beach resort. Aurora. The hide away.. forgot its name. Urban area with all the rooftops. The 3rd person shooter which I couldn't connect to at launch. Jet skis.. the castle.. the killzone area.. the space battle game, nova prime? Scorpio's.. I loved RPing there. The funny desert ship battles with the rare PEGI OK rating.. The pirate ship battles.. all the wild west stuff with horse riding.... ah.. can't remember much more except bowling.. remembering the queues... Ah the virtual e3 where you got tons of stuff aswell as the virtual reveals of the ps4. The david guetta disco... jesus, I spent so much time on ps home back in the day. We can only hope for the Atom Universe project to be good. I have so many memories..

The last seconds on PS home was emotional for me. I started home when I was 15 when I started in 2008 and now I'm 21 ( recently lol ) when it ended. I've met allot of good people and had experiences. I too will miss home. I may not have gotten on very often in the latter years, but it was nice knowing it was always there if I felt like it...24/7, like an old friend. I met most, if not all of my PSN friends on home, and I have warm memories of us going to our personal spaces (mostly the summer house) and putting couches on the roofs and sitting on them.

Home is being revived with Destination Home. Most spaces have been recovered and they're working on online connectivity. They've done private server tests but it's still waiting to go public. If anyone has old PS Home data you can donate it towards the project and that can bring back clothing and spaces that haven't been recovered yet.

Wow. I was just trying to place these memories I had and realized it was from this. I'm 18 now, and when I was younger this was basically my second life. I forgot how much time I spent on here, and I wish they hadn't closed it so I could go back and revisit all these places. Big ol feels man

PS Home was basically my first exposure to PlayStation as a whole. I had so many personal spaces. I met my 1st friends on PS home, I can't believe it's gone. I just got my PS3 back i didn't even know this was happening. Why did they do this? Is it coming to PS4? Will we ever see it again?

weird just clicked with me there that ps home is gone. 8 months later. I remember hearing about last year but just totally forgot to join in its final day. Played it quite a bit when I was 13, 14, 15 but then moved away from it but still. Just logging on there and seeing the ps home shut down message leaves me with a little empty feeling that I won't be able to explore the daft maps again and sit about in the apartments. That's what I always did in home. Gonna miss that. Met some "friends" there as well. Glad I experienced it

made the occasional visit every couple of months to see how it was. Probably my last visit to home was maybe January 2015 as a last look. Went around in an army suit telling people to evacuate home since it was shutting down.Good times

i feel a bit sad. I remember back then when i only had like 2 Games, and i often used PS Home to ''play'' with my friends because we hadn't gotten the same games. Playstation Home was fun, especially going up to random people and talking to them / trolling with silly avatars. I still have a few Screenshots on where i made a Skinhead looking guy, and every group i encountered asked if im a Nazi. Such fun times. Sad, that they had to close it down.

Ps home was the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. It was EVERYTHING. I started playing ps home in 2009-2011/12 then I was introduced to the call of duty community. tbh ps home was way better than cod in my opinion. Man i wish i can be 13 years old again and enjoy ps home as much as possible!
