Youtuber VS Robotic Arm

Awesome Austen, good to see you push the boundaries competing with a robot. Except the gimbal and drop shot, rest were solid and so smooth. Maybe suspend the gimbal with string and pulley to make those moves even smoother. I’ve got no idea how to make the drop shot better, maybe suspend the camera from springs to ease in the drop to finally come to a stop (just as the robot eases in and stops). Just thinking out loud here. Inspiring as usual. Thank you.

Great challenge video, Austen! But surely you could recreate the last coffee drop shot like the beginning of your product showreel '21 with whiskey slo-mo drops? ..or was that using a robot?

The movement is not the problem its the speed we tried using the Jib like in the tequila video but as you can see that droplet moves much faster and I cut to another angle the goal here was tro tack the object all the way down!

I need your help man. Do you use FCPX to cut/edit your videos? And how do you go about removing wires, sticks, fishing line, etc. in your product videos? Please don’t say you use premier pro haha. I may be possibly doing some product stuff for an energy drink at some point. But I have never messed with manipulating stuff like you do.

Great competition, fun and educational video... but it was filmed terribly, to many zoom ins and outs, camera not steady... I understood what was tried but it was too much. If you disregard this, content is amazing as always.
