Yeah dick move indeed. But the ys 8 didn't get the best version release again on the vita right? I only have the ps4 version. So for me this is diferent in a bad way, the proud would be good if only came out when exist the Ps6, but release again on Ps5 it's like atlus do with persona so again dick move indeed. Proud Nordics is gonna be released 2025, but that might be only in Japan. It's possible that it might come out 2026 everywhere else. If you don't mind waiting, then wait for it. I personally love the series, but I'm not gonna buy the same game again even if it is an upgrade.

I’d take this any day over the disaster that was Skull and Boner. Also, I’m enjoying this game so far, not just because I’m a big Ys fan but also I feel it’s well designed and Falcom never disappoints. Another W for the Japanese games industry.

It has been over a year in Japan, at least, but that's the thing - still barely over a year between the original's release and the rerelease's announcement. Not the first time that Falcom's done this. but it's even scummier this time because the original's already on current gen consoles.

This is a complete scam! They announced the enhanced version two months after the western release. I completely wasted my money on an unfinished, inferior, obsolete game. Nobody should support this scummy behaviour, otherwise they'll do this with every game...

As someone who has played and finished the game, it’s a complete game and I enjoyed it. I also won’t mind playing it again with additional content. We won’t know how that will be released here yet so we should reserve judgment until we do. If the additional content is offered as DLC for people that own the original game in addition to a new version of the game, I doubt anyone will be mad
