The attorney cleared his ass in the end! He said welp I already said it! Then he said well as long as both parties are responsible! Meaning the DA office was also responsible for letting the judge know that this dude was gonna plead the 5th! They are ALL officers of the court!!!!!

@@marcelmarshall4240 And I would bet my money that the DA did this for a reason. The Defense is acting really strange somewhat compromised. I can’t think of one case where the Defense Attorneys behavior has misrepresented the Court the way Steele and his TEAM HAS!! The level of disregard for the Judges position. The outright blatant refusal to follow the RULES OF COURT is really shameful of the Defense Attorneys.

Wrong! The point is that the state KNEW, and you’re only holding the one to account. This should be followed by a question tot he prosecutors about the same.

@@andrewhughes1920 there are multiple ways to find out information. I can say I found out ANYTHING from ANYWHERE, but without proof, I’m just blowing smoke in the air. Maybe he walked past the guy having a conversation on the phone about his plan to plead the 5th, or with one of his friends. The burden is on the defense to prove that the state knew…

@@wizardofahhhhhhz- So he should what, bring it up to the judge to figure out if they knew? Sounds about right. What I originally said is that the judge should follow this up with questions for the prosecution to get to the bottom of this, but you can tell the bias of the judge by the way he spoke to the defense about the improper conduct of a court officer but mentioned nothing to the prosecution, who actually broke the ethical rules.

@@andrewhughes1920 dude, again, there is no proof that the prosecution broke ethical rules. He didn’t prove he got that information by overhearing the prosecution say anything. He did prove that he knew before the witness took the stand, and therefore, was required to report that information. His “snitching” backfired. Have a goodnight.

As long as we're both responsible "GIT EM" I think this judge has seen his last time sitting on the bench but probably not the last time in the courtroom😅 he's probably going to be looking at a judge in a few months
