Why don't you recommend students to just work on being a very good and talented student in the first place? Solving real problems is what the US wants and that's why they want talented individuals. Why don't you suggest your followers do that instead of shelling off more money to leverage more and more loopholes out of the system?! This is exactly why countries like the US update and make the immigration laws stricter. Indians go ahead and industrialize/commercialize things which aren't even necessary. If someone really wants a Green Card of the US, why don't they act like a responsible resident of the US in the first place and prove to the country that they deserve to be a permanent resident?
@YudiJ20 күн бұрын
I hear you. EB1A is for someone is very talented and hence the name "Talent based" green card. You have to be in top 10% of your field and provide evidence for it. Not sure what you mean by shelling off more money and loopholes? I laid out how it all works out and there is no loop hole that i recommended in this video. I am not sure if you watched the video. Not sure what made you so upset. Sorry if I did, I promise I did not intend to. I am against the loopholes in first place, this was more of an awareness that this is possible.
@TheHelidrom19 күн бұрын
Please dont bring wrong hope, with current EB1 backlog (if its EB1A, 1B or 1C) it will take atleast 15 years, for your marketing don't initiate a wrong hope, until a major reform in broken system, there is no hope for EB1 India

@8:27 criteria 7 and 10 won’t apply to most STEM graduates. So they need to fulfil minimum 6 (as per Sahil) out of remaining 8 criteria. I don’t want to discourage anyone but they need to remember that Sahil had a very strong profile with several published papers and more than a few citations. Hence only those with similarly strong profiles will be eligible.
@YudiJ20 күн бұрын
But the trick is that he worked on those papers and everything after he realized that he needs those. So this video should be guidance to it. that you need to build profile and start small but start today.
@navinadv20 күн бұрын
@ The way I see it. There are a lot of overlaps in the work required to become eligible for an EB1 and the work required to earn a PhD. The 2 are not directly related but the effort is commensurate. One can quite easily finish a PhD in the process of building an EB1 profile or apply for an EB1 while completing their PhD. If you do a PhD you can quite possibly fulfil 3 of the 8 criteria anyway. So some STEM students might be able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone or maybe 1.5 stones.

@@YudiJ don’t be. I am 61 and retired and have no plans of moving to the US. It is important to mention marriage based green cards in such videos. Most audiences are in India and they can easily get confused. Please don’t try to impress people with the fact that you understand the pain of people stuck in immigration backlogs from your secure cocoon. You don’t! You have taken a different path. Secondly, please don’t sell this piper’s dream of Einstein Green Card or the EB-1A. This is wrong on two fronts, firstly very very few will qualify for this and those who are a clear candidate for such visa don’t need to watch such videos. To put it differently, not everyone on a work visa coming to US is of EB-1 caliber. This is misleading! Secondly, if thousands of people apply maybe a few will fall through the cracks and qualify. Those are exceptions not the norm. And such people will further backlog the already backlogged EB-1A. I have nothing against yours videos but they should not give a false sense of hope. The title of this video is misleading as well. People will get GC in five years only if there is a change in the law.

Totally on point 💯. Everyone knows Marrying a US Citizen is the fastest way to GC. Family based then Employer based. Said no where in the video. Also, Dude just replying you're new to my channel doesn't justify your answer. Looks like you're more new to EB1A than he is to your channel.
@YudiJ15 күн бұрын
@@VaibhavChhajed-q4j I am not sure where I claimed in the video that I got my green card through EB1A, I am sorry if that is how came across and that is why a clarification needed.
@naveenjoshi403015 күн бұрын
You are again misleading people by creating a confusion. No one is saying that you got your GC via EB1A and that not the point of argument. The point is simple, EB1A isn’t for everyone as you claim it to be. Very few qualify and your videos are misleading people.

You cannot build a profile for eb1a until you do those things, just saying is not enough many thing like papers published, high salary etc is needed to be shown, leading the organization (not a java lead) etc , you have to be above 1% like real phd, not 10%=50k employees

@@vipulprajapati1768 from what I understand, getting a PhD does not fulfil ALL the criteria of an EB1. But it can help. There are 8 criteria available for STEM students and they need to fulfil around 6-7 to make a strong case. Why don't you make your own country worth staying in instead of coming to America. I saw the change back in the 90s when all the hotels and convenience stores change to Indian thanks to the US handing out golden ticket visas to all the rich Indians. We don't get the hardworking indians, we only get the privileged rich ones who received the free Indian education. We don't have a second country to run to, and we're selling off our own to the highest bidder. Now tell me how I am wrong.
