Hi Yuka, Unlike Lestatesc I managed to find ingredients without whining about the links not catering exactly to my laziness, and I must say your recipes are wonderful! I've only tried a couple so far (the yaki udon from a previous video is a particular favourite) but every recipe looks delicious and your videos are so calming! Please don't take their comments to heart, from the way they talk to people they don't seem like the kind of person worth listening to :)

@@Lily-um9tj And? My comment was clearly a decision lol A person who goes out of their way to crap on a creator's hard work just because it doesn't cater to them exactly as an individual isn't someone I'm fussed about respecting tbh

I've only ever had fish skin in the form of the salmon skin rolls I get from the Japanese place near us. They cook the salmon skin super crispy, so it's like salmon flavored bacon, in a way.

Oh, they all looks so tasty! I've never tried the shirataki noodles so I must get some to try with your recipe! I also love the look of the fried udon noodles. I may use something other than seafood though, as you said, you use other things sometimes. And that ginger pork looks fantastic! You've given me inspiration, yet again, Yuka! Thank you!

Hi Yuka! I really enjoyed the video, I think it's really helpful and interesting to see how you incorporate different dishes to make simple but tasty everyday meals :) I hope you do not take the negative comment on here to heart, I think it's great to listen to feedback but when comments are made in such a confrontational way and to use unsubscription as some kind of threat isnt very productive in helping your channel. I appreciate the amount of work that goes into your content and I don't think you need to trouble yourself further with European links, there is a lot of information out there if people want to look for it. I am looking forward to your next video! :)

9:39 wheat is evil! 😂 it makes me so Ill, it’s like food poisoning for at least 2 days. I’ve seen those noodles before and considered buying them but I’m not much of a noodle fan. The rest of my family eat as normal, it’s just me that can’t eat a whole list, I wouldn’t expect them to stick to my diet that misses whole food groups

I made the first recipe using tofu instead of salmon and it was great! One question - I didn’t have sake so I used double the mirin. Is that a good choice or would you recommend a different substitute?

Look, I've seen you do this five times in one video already - the cooking spoon is a separate being from the tasting spoon, which you put in the sink immediately after one use. If you cook with chopsticks, you don't get to taste your cooking. That's why proper Asian food tastes amazing. Edit: I've tried putting Studio Ghibli music over this video. It doesn't make it better. Somehow I feel like I am watching a young woman with drug-induced dementia live out her last days at home, preparing convenience food.

Hi! I love watching your videos but im kind of sad with this one because i dont eat meat and you're one of the few yt that i actually watch their cooking videos and replicate it at home especially since it's based on Asian recipes. I have no idea on how to substitute some of the ingredients and seeing how you did the hamburger tofu WITH meat im totally clueless. I thought you were vegetarian.....

Hi! Thank you for the comment :) And yes I use a lot of meat in this video😢 I’ll introduce more good vegetarian recipes in the future too! I rarely cook pork and beef at home but I’m not really vegetarian. I eat fish/seafood and chicken :)

judging from your (only US) Amazon links.... should we Europeans unsubscribe? Are you not interested in the European subscribers market potential? If yes, then where are the reccomendations for (the rest of) us? Unsubscribed, til further notice. Ex-subscriber from Germany

I don't understand why are you so mad about amazon links Yes they are from amazon US, so what? you know the name of the ingredients you can search for it on amazon DE or an asian supermarket... Guess which ones do I have in Portugal? That's right. None. No asian supermarket whatsoever , and amazon just from Spain .... And I'm not complaining about it ... and definitely not going to unsubscribe the channel because of it
@yuka_jp

Hi, I’m sorry that I don’t put links to the European amazon marketplaces. Actually I’ve been wondering what to do with this. I have viewers from all over the the world (really appreciate that🙏). There are 5 Amazon marketplaces in Europe and 20 marketplaces in the world. I can’t do it in all of them. So I made global links from Amazon.com (=Amazon US) which should automatically lead you to matching products in other regions if you’re not in the US. So you can find the same products, as long as your marketplace has them. The other day, I introduced which Japanese seasonings I recommend in Europe on my instagram. I’ve been keeping the post on the top “recommended products in Europe”. Please check it out if you’re interested. Of course, I am interested in the European subscribers just as much as in those from the US or any other areas. I love all my subscribers. I’m sorry that I made you feel offended but I hope you understand 🙏🙏 Yuka
