Great routine, my friend!!! I've been doing it for only a week, but I'm already seeing the results. The difference in how much air I can put into my lungs is really noticeable. I am in Mexico City, far from the ocean, but I believe when I get back, I'll be able to pass the 42 meters PB with ease. Thanks a lot
