Depends on who you ask, but yes. Think of it this way. The bike needs the most oil other than start up when running and needs to stay lubricated and cool when it's upright blasting down the highway. You know what I mean bro? Hope this helps.

I used a turkey baster to get the fluid in there lol. I looked like a nutter doing this outside the house.
