This interview choked me up. I never knew this about Wally. As a former prisoner myself and finding my true Love for Jesus this just hits home. I want to do this. I want to go back and share the message. One day the Lord will open those doors for me. So true. My Son is in a California prison. Thank you for going in and giving them hope. I have been writing other prisoners my Son has met and bring them the Word of God, hope of God. Praise God that there are Jesus people that have a calling to reach prisoners. Aren't we all prisoners of ourselves or our circumstances? I would love to reach out to those in prison looking for the life they were created to have by our heavenly father. Where does one start to help those that we have a heart for to help. Can anyone guide me? I continue to pray for his guidance, bless all out there working in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord

I have watched the videos from Harding Prison and you can LITERALLY watch the spirit of the Lord begin to move over the crowd, you can SEE it on their faces as they are transformed from casual indifference to moved by the spirit.

I've been doing juvenile prison ministry for 13 years now...Zach is right on when he talks about how we get just as blessed going in and ministering. Thankful for people who haven't forgotten about those society wants to throw away...that's who our Savior came for. But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. My Grandmother, Doris Ann Hornsby, devoted her time to Prison Ministry. Sadly, she had passed away on July 9, 2017(a Sunday morning). I'm just so glad that she's with JESUS now walking the Streets of Gold. 😂🙌💒

I love how Jesus mentions the souls who need to be visited in prison and when people do, they are doing to Jesus, as the people are the least of these. Meaning Jesus cares for those who are in him, despite where they are located, and he identifies with them in his love. It is in Mathew 25 as the Sheep and Goats judgment, I guess. That scripture has always been a little bit of a mystery in its fullest context. But what i note is that God cares and made mention of it all the way into scripture to inspire us to love those who are in prison, serving our fellowman, especially Christians.( I tend to wonder if he is referring to the converted in these passages. I guess I need to study it out more.)

#2Timothy1 #nolongeraslavetofear (I was searching for the story of Zach getting a letter from one of the former inmates at the Harding prison telling him his prayers were answered after praying with Zach about him being innocent and praying he'll be released. He eventually was released after being sentenced to prison "wrongfully accused"!
