Hey Zach, I’m at freshman track runner, and I finally broke 5 min in the mile today. I ran 4:51 and I think a lot of it was from the advice and inspiration I get from your videos, thank you!!

This was a great video because as a high school runner it's cool to see a role model that struggled with injuries and not being super fast at the start. It helped me see that if I put in work I can become the runner I want to be. So thank you

I really needed this video, thanks so much man. Gave me that boost of confidence because I’ve always thought all the “fast” high school XC runners were always naturally fast, 8;30 pace for a race 🤣 Thanks man

Great video! You did beat me in that race well done, was a great rivalry throughout the years and hope it continues next year

Zach you’re a really big inspiration for my beginning running career. I’m currently in eighth grade. I’ve only been running for 1 year before this and watching your videos is getting be excited for the rest of my track season and the beginning of winter track and XC. My times aren’t the best but they aren’t too bad (I’d say I’m one of the better distance runners on the team), but I’m going to keep watching your videos to improve.

Zach Levet pretty new sub and loving all your content man! Also what exercises or did you just rest and cross train for Achilles tendonitis?
@ZachLevet5 жыл бұрын
Thank you for all the love!! & I took a lot of time off and saw many doctors/ pt that gave me exercises, but at the end of the day, graston and laser therapy from a chiropractor fixed me up! Very untraditional process, but it worked!
@nfstom5 жыл бұрын
Zach Levet oh wow! I appreciate the reply man! That’s dope it worked and you don’t have problems with it anymore. I’ve been having some minor heel and Achilles issues and I’ve been just looking around for exercises to do.

Hey Zach, new subscriber here. I have been doing XC for 1 year (lol) and I’m in 8th grade. Where I live, in middle school you run around 2miles. My best is around 13:35. I guess that is OK, but I want to know any other tips and let me know if that is good enough for High School (next year for me)
