I get your point very well Zac. Unfortunately, Africa is a unique continent that consists of various and racially heterogeneous countries. Dont forget that we have Muslim countries such as Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia and Libya. The people of these countries are not interested in the unification of Africa, they are content with their ethnic status quo (that's why your podcast doesn't make sense to the). South Africa is another case as well. Honestly speaking, South Africa is burdened with the influx of foreigners who are turning it into a hellhole. You may call it Xenophobia if you like but 99% of bona fide South Africans are sick and tired of Nigerians drug dealers and Scammers and other illegal foreigners who are contributing to crime levels in South Africa. This is why the ANC and EFF were punished at the polls. I think the South African government should UNAPOLOGETICALLY embark on the DEPORTATION process of undocumented or illegal foreigners. I personally am STRONGLY opposed to the AFRICA MUST UNITE PIPEDREAM. Most Corrupt and self-centred African leaders do not know what DEMOCRACY means. Most Countries chronically divided in themselves on the African continent; for example Nigeria, Sudan, Somalia and Ethiopia and DR of Congo, etc. These countries are embroiled in tribal conflicts and not to mention the likes of Boko Haram in Nigeria. We South Africans wouldn't like to be part of this equation. Currently We are sitting with the burdensome problem of babysitting undocumented African and Asian foreigners who are enjoying our Taxes without contributing anything of substance. We have our socioeconomic problems to focus on and we reluctant meddle in countries affairs - nor do we expect any country to stick its nose into our politics. That's why I believe that every country in Africa must UNITE in its DIVIDED countries instead of it entertaining the horrible notion of AFRICA MUST UNITE PIPEDREAM .
