Same, I haven’t finished it yet but so far I am loving it just as much as the first game. But I get it I also loved games like fire watch and what remains of Edith finch which are games that I don’t think he would enjoy either but idk maybe I’m wrong. Just overall amazing games regardless

@@alexmoch6914 exactly. I also loved the games that you mentioned. I'm a sucker for games that take a creative approach for their narrative and AWII is flawless in that regard. Plus, Sam Lake and Remedy are some of the best storytellers that I've seen in the industry. I adored all their games till now and AWII to me, is their Magnum Opus. :)

I’m currently playing through RE4 remake and lies of P and both games are just amazing. I think I prefer lies of P so far as I’ve never been a huge souls fan until Elden ring and this is the first linear souls like I’ve played where everything feels so polished.

You'd honestly love Avatar Frontiers of Pandora once you progress just a little bit into it more into it, ESPECIALLY with the Ikran and the immense verticality that comes with it. The skills further on make combat awesome too and the weapon choices expand as well. Whole new biomes and another mount later on.....can't wait Future Zanny to play it, I'm sure it'll be a good one

Jedi Survivor deserves the A rating. After they fixed the performance issues (which sadly didn’t happen until after zanny finished it) it was a really good game. Personally I wouldn’t put it at S because I felt the story wasn’t as good as the first game but it definitely deserves A

bordeaux probably could have made a way better ac game but Ubisoft held them back with the bad writing, bad animated cutscenes (why couldn’t they have just used mocap), and to top it off they had to use the Valhalla engine 🤮

My top 3 games this year has to be: 1. Final Fantasy XVI 2. Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom 3. Star Ocean: The Second Story R Personally for me, wasn't the biggest fan of this year's releases but I'm mostly a jrpg player and it was a slow year for the genre. Excited for what's coming in 2024 though

Branch out more. A lot of the games that were nominated for Goty are very dissimilar to each other and that's a good thing. I didn't think I'd like BG3 because I dislike most turn based games, but it ended up being my favourite game this year. Hi-Fi Rush is a close second because of the rhythm mechanics, song choices and art style.
