Nice video mate,do you ever get any mist escaping from the catch can itself while the motor is warm?. I have a provent 200 on my zd and sometimes I see smoke/mist. Cheers.

That oil is bloody dirty for 5K service. Your motor is running dirty. HPR 15W-50 is thickest it needs, running thicker is just adding drag and band-aid for tired motor. Engine bay is pretty feral and looks like you are skidding the engine belt. Dampener likely failed and belt is loose. Air filter is useless if dirt building up on MAF, oiled filters work best. LOL @ the rocking motor, you got issues.
