hmm this is getting to be a better and better experience for me..more relaxed and stronger! i am still wondering why most of the movements are upper torso in general. I know it helps heart and x meridians but why not add more horse stance etc? i guess i am ready for that lol?

You're pointing directly at the weak point of Qigong videos: What you SEE is NOT what HAPPENS. Actually the opposite is true: Every movement starts in the center, hips and shoulders following, then ellbows and knees, feet and hands in the end: 外三和, the Three Exterior Connections.

thank you so much..i knew that there was more intelligence then what i saw. and it was starting to worry me...i am glad that you brought that up clearly..now do you teach what you said in your movements ....do you have dvd or online training?
