Glinda didn't do anything wrong. Zelena was just full of envy and jealousy. Yes, Zelena was broken and full of anger and hurt, but Glinda ended up getting banished and losing Oz, all for trying to help Zelena get on the right path. The Blue Fairy is a bit more complicated, but she had good intentions, too. She just thought more with her head than her heart.

@@saintfighteraqua glinda was a dum ass. she had the book of records of past , present & future. she could’ve easily told zelena the possibilities of the monstrosity’s she’d be able to do but she didn’t. zelena easily banished glinda to the enchanted forest with a single poof , why tf would you even take a risk with someone who could easily do that to you if you had the greater good in mind ?

Notice Zelena's reaction when Glinda says to Dorothy that she's a special girl. Zelena: "You two faced bitch......."

It would've been ironic if Zelena was the Witch of the East or something, and she became a hero by defeating the former Wicked Witch of the West, and then she becomes jealous of Dorothy who becomes a candidate to become the new Witch of the West. And thus, we get the story of envious Zelena and her attacking Dorothy and taking over the position of Witch of the West.

@akaj2013 You have to remember everything that she''s been through. First her mother gave Zelena up to give herself (her mother) "her best chance" then Rumpel chose Regina over Zelena. All her life she's played second fiddle to someone else. So of course she's going to be a bit uneasy around a girl who survived a cyclone.

I know I'm a few years late but it's kinda funny to me that this house is all burned up while in L. Frank Baum's version (which I have all the 15 books) he wrote "the cyclone gently settle down the house--for a cyclone" and also the House had landed on the Wicked Witch of the East which enchanted the Tin Woodman.

In the original story, the cyclon was casted by an wicked witch who was upset over humans exterminating all the animals she needs for her potions (snakes, spiders, etc.).

Aküma That’s the Russian version. The original Cyclone taking Dorothy to Oz was just a strange occurrence. OUAT’s magical cyclone could just be a strange and rare occurrence like some magic-science reaction as all the realms are linked in a way.

I know Zelena is afraid Dorothy is going to replace her, but there are no signs showing that she's being replaced.

+Emily Kira There are no signs in this scene, of course, but she can't help it but think of the worst. She's insecure, of course, now that she finally found what feels like home to her. She finally found some people who love her and we also shouldn't forget the prophecy Glinda mentioned before this scene: a powerful source from the West will come to their land by a cyclone; and there she is, the innocent Dorothy, survived to a cyclone. I think Zelena has all the rights to start thinking about the worst here.

@Emily Kira Actually if you really pay attention to this scene. Zelena isn't threatened by Dorothy until Glinda tells Dorothy's that is a special girl for surviving that cyclop and offers to take her home. Glinda told Zelena that she was special and made to be something more because she was brought by oz by a cyclops. Zelena wasn't innocent until she let go of her jealousy. Then here comes good innocent looking Dorothy that also comes to oz by a cyclops and is a child which often symbolizes innocent and is told that is special girl by the same person that told Zelena that she was a very special girl. In Zelena's eyes, Dorothy became a threat to her new home, the moment that Glinda told Dorothy that she was special and offered to take her new home because it make her think about the prophesy that Glinda previously told her. She probably started thinking that what if Glinda and the other witches were wrong and Zelena wasn't the one who was meant to represent " innocent" (west) but is actually Dorothy who also happened to come to oz by a cyclop.

It isn't until Glinda tells Dorothy that she is a very special girl (for surviving that cyclop) that Zelena jealousy and insecurity is trigger. Then when Glinda offers to take Dorothy to home is when Zelena feels threatened by Dorothy
