I know you don't do low carb, but the la banderita carb counter tortillas taste like normal! Plus they have more protein. I like to get the large ones for burrito nights! Funny thing is breakfast used to be my favorite meal but after a year onna glp1 it has become the hardest meal for me to eat. I cannot eat much and everything is blah.

When my daughter was little she wanted bologna sandwiches for breakfast. Her pediatrician said let her eat it. There was no law that said what we had to eat for breakfast. Society decided what was “breakfast” . If it helps you get your calories in, eat what sounds good.

I remember eating Hamburgers for breakfast as a kid back in the 70'S.

Hey love the pizza pockets. What rolls do you purchase to make those? Or did you hand make the rolls too?
@BrittanylosingАй бұрын
Sometimes I hand make them, but this time I just used Rhodes Ros!

Brittany- you’ve been so successful losing a large amount of weight. Have you experienced low blood sugar at all please? This is what I am suffering and I am only on 5mg. I feel dizzy and fatigued most of the times and have to carry glucose tablets with me. Just wondering if you experienced that too as you lost a lot of weight. Thanks.

I have experienced the dizziness some. I honestly notice it whether I’ve eaten or not and have just gotten used to it at this point

@@Brittanylosing I am new to this and trying to balance all the symptoms. It’s like you learn something new about the drug and yourself every week…

Is your day of eating on the advice of the nutritionist that your doctor recommended seeing ? I just think it’s not meeting the needs for nutrition, protein or calorie wise
@BrittanylosingАй бұрын
I haven’t seen the nutritionist yet, I am next week! I’m actually not sure what that was calorie wise.. i really should count one day to get an idea
@angelaforcier378Ай бұрын
@@Brittanylosing I’m no expert , but I’d say your over estimating, good luck with the nutritionist 😊

Good morning, I hope you don't take this the wrong way But: I believe you should be careful showing photos on your thumbnail that show you before and after. I say this because you (previously shared...earlier this year?) that you had a tummy tuck. And, no disrespect, but it does come off as slightly inauthentic and this also may cause some folks to think that your advice will lead them to Your results, which is not really the case because you had surgical intervention. I hope you take this as constructive criticism in support of those who follow you - but mostly to those who don't follow you & happen to come across your channel. I wish you continued success on your journey.

Most people who follow me know that I had a tummy tuck prior to losing weight. I’ve never hidden it, or tried to. In fact I mention it quite frequently. While I do understand the point you’re trying to make, anyone who has watched any of my videos would know I’m not hiding anything. I lost weight after the tummy tuck. The tummy tuck didn’t help me lose weight- that’s not how it works. It isn’t weight loss surgery.
