The GF 100m 2.0 may be good, but it is too heavy and big, Fuji needs to make their Lenses much more compact and light weight !

Hello, thanks for your sharing. How do you feel this lens compare to sigma 105 f1.4 on gfx system?🙏🏻😀 I am quite struggling with these two lenses. One with wider aperture and the other with smaller size. Does sigma 105 match gf80 in terms of autofocus speed and image quality? I normally shoot children portrait outdoor. Thanks 🙏🏻

I don’t adapt lens on the gfx system. Last I tried adapted lens was slow to focus. That was maybe 2 years ago and adapters May have improved signficantly

excellent videos ---- I have a question , I own the 120 mm & I shoot portraits , product & urban landscapes - which lens should I buy next ? 110 or the 250 ?
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
Dhiraj Shetty 110mm is a whole lot easier to use. It maybe close in terms of focal length, but the advantage of F2 especially portrait cannot be discounted. Get the 250mm only if you always shoot in really big spaces or you are looking at compressed landscape

@@ZPProductions Richard ,thanks for the reply , I am hesitant about the 110 because it too close to the 120 I already have , I was hoping the 250 would help solve this issue and not have to repeat close focal lengths. I wanted to have a multi purpose lens for portraits & landscapes ... the 110 doesn't really help in landscapes I think ... please may I know your views

@@dhirajshetty483 Honestly may want to consider the 45-100 if you want to have maximum flexibility between portrait and landscape.

If you had to choose between the 110 f2 and canon rf 85 1.2 what would you take? Does the medium format look win out for you?
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
Today I’ll choose the 110. Firstly lens is optically slightly better. Secondly gfx sensor is way better. Unless the R5 closes it significantly, I won’t give up the slightly better bokeh for it.

ZP Productions Thank you! I’m considering adding a gfx50 and 110! Have you ever done a side by side shot trying to replicate the frame between the 2 lenses?
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
J. Marcus Photography not precisely but I tried in similar situation. The CA on the 85mm is just slightly more especially in certain scenario. I have not notice CA before using the 110mm unless I hunt for it. But the rf85mm I spotted it now then once and considering how much more I used, it’s definitely optically slightly better. Sharpness wise, the 110 at edge is definitely better too. But this one is really small margin

The absolute best lenses that I have owned in the 85-100mm range are either the zeiss 100/2 or the Leica 90/2 ASPH. It seems from your review that the 110 may be better than both of these.
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
a b yes. I own the Leica 90/2 before . This is easily better . Absolute sharpness and correction. Only one lens I use so far may be able to beat it in terms of sheer optics and that’s the rf85 1.2. The otus I feel is about on par compared to this while the RF is just crazy performance at 1.2

Thank you 👍👍 Just need to figure out now whether to keep the 250 or not, it’s such an amazing lens too 😆
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
You should keep the 250mm unless you have a alternative way to capture compressed portrait. I sold it away since now I have the 200mm F2 on my canon R5 system. Else I would keep it purely because longer lens make full body portraits so much nicer due to its compression and field of view that even shooting at ground level will pretty much look relatively upright still.

Thats awesome - I assume you are referring to the Canon EF 200/2L - how is it compared to the 250 on the GFX?
