If you’re recording with a phone there’s a setting you can change so all of the words on the products you’re showing aren’t backwards. 😊

If anyone has trouble whipping egg whites, plastic is not recommended as it holds on to fat which is not good for egg whites, glass, metal or copper is best.

Thank you so much! Especially for the additional tips. Was on Amazon looking at the hamburger bun molds and see they also have hot dog bun molds. Have you tried any with the hot dog bun molds?

Am I correct in assuming that the non-eggy taste is due to fewer yolks being added versus whites? Most recipes I see for cloud bread have the same number of yolks vs whites and people say those taste eggy.

It doesn’t have cream of tartar like most.
