Guys I will be doing this for 2 weeks. Now my measurements: right leg: 38 cm; left leg: 40 cm. I still do not eat sugar and consume 1600 kcal every day. I will do it once every day!!🤍 Day 1: ✅ I like the training, it is not very difficult, my legs do not hurt. Do not give up and go to your goal !!🤗 2 day: ❌ Was is busy (but walked 4000 steps 3 day: ✅ I did it, it's not so hard anymore, let's continue in the same spirit!!💗 4 day: ✅ Did it!! (+ Walked 4500 steps) 5 day:✅ Yay!!! It wasn't very difficult, let's keep going, don't give up!!!🤍 6 day: ✅ 7 day: ✅ 8 day: ✅ 9 day: ✅ (+ 5500 steps) 10 day:❌ 11 day:❌ 12 day: ✅ 13 day:❌ 14 day:❌ 15 day:✅ I did it instead of 14 days Results: left leg: 38 cm; right leg: 38 cm. Great result, love it, will keep doing it, not giving up!! (press like so I don't forget )
