I really want a thigh gap so I'll be doing this workout for as long as I can. Remind me y'all. Started- 18/09/24 Ended- ?? Week 1: Day 1:✅ Was good , not feeling any soreness. Day 2:✅: same as yesterday. Day 3:✅: when I did it my legs felt so sore. Finished it tho. Day 4:❎: was very tired. Will do it twice tomorrow Day 5:✅✅did it twice. Day 6:✅, almost forgot to do it.
