I am neither fat nor having diabetes but I am having intermediate fasting with Keto diet. I had keto diet for several weeks and feel a little bit sad as I can't have my favorite deserts. I still eat my favorite fruits such as apple, banana, grapes, strawberries, etc, even some fruits contain high sugar. I don't think fasting more than 24 hrs is good for my body. And only eating keto food might cause eating disorder.
