There are lots of these saba fish sold in the wholesale market only minutes away from my home here in Kuala Lumpur area in Malaysia. I first tasted it when I was in Japan, then in US, and now they are plentifully imported in Malaysia. Normally we cook it as Malaysian curry with okra, tomatoes, eggplant and who chili added. Taihen oishi Malaysia no saba no curry.

Before I become vegetarian 20 years ago I love to eat this fish , I grilled it and cook sweet sour or just fried also yummy , but now I just watched people eat the fish , I don’t feeling of eating fishes anymore , it is our genetic of certain ages will stop eating meats and fishes , but I like to see people cooking , thank you

Muy bien elaborado, lástima que la calidad de la caballa sea pobre, si al menos fuera verde ( Scomber Japonicus)... valdría la pena. La carne de la Mackerel ( Scomber Scombrus) es de poca calidad gastronómica, no perdería mi tiempo elaborando Mackerel para Sushi.
