Ricky is one of a class. Creative to churn out a "classy " and tasty dish. Very efficient in his style of cooking. Perhaps that is the reason went France to pick up French cooking. Still he can inject some elements of french cooking in chinese cooking, to make it more classy and "efficient " in cooking.

jacky present a simple dish to a "classy" kind, with curry powder in the stewed tomatoes, with hard boil hard and cover with cheese, make the dish come with volume and top with bacons, the presentation wise is really something. 👍
