As I know, Crane 4 camera control port can Output 5V 1A, whether your camera can be power supplied, it depends on your camera itself charging logic.

It is with built-in battery. But support use while charging.Maybe a power bank which meet the PD protocol can work with it.

Make sure you use the Type-C to Micro USB LN-MBUC-A02 camera control cable to connect them, and power on the gimbal first, then the camera.

I think you may half-press the button, reach the auto-focus fucntion, fully press the phone/video button down, then you can start or stop video.

This gimbal has a big problem, without warning it remains like a paperweight, it does not charge the battery, if you connect it to the charger it says update and the following failed remains in that block. The motors do not activate, it seems to be in sleep mode and the technical support does not answer, I changed a unit for that same problem and now it happens to this other one, I have searched intwrnwt and there is no information about it plz dont by this product

How did u upgrade the gimbal?

1. When are you going to make a gimbal with a removeable battery? 2. Light interferes with low shots, have to do figure 8 twist to invert. 3. No auto-lock feature 4. Mount plate can come off if you don't slide it all the way to right before locking (bad) 5. These are design flaws. If you want to be taken seriously, you need to address these issues. The crane4 is otherwise a good product.

Hello I want to tell you that ziyun Crane 4 Gimbal is of very poor quality, it seems to be dead even if you have bought it, think that it can be dead anytime, after 15 days or 1,2 months, you should not buy it.
