@@Stan13bois no you keep breathing, if you find it hard to keep breathing due to your stomach changing size again, you can lay down on a mat while doing it and not breath and do smaller intervals and more repetitions, it's what my yoga teacher told my mom at the beginning and my mom dropped 13 kg in 5 months

I did this for exactly 1 week and went from 67.5cm to 65cm. Ate as normal, didn't do any other workouts. I did the exercise 2-3 "rounds" per day (mostly 3 and on an empty stomach) at 5-7 times for each round rather than for 1 min because 1 min didn't feel enough personally. It really works, but a tip: if you don't feel the slight strain in your belly, not all the air has been pushed out to the fullest. It does take a couple of tries before you get the hang of it, but you can do it! : ) And many thanks to Zoe for sharing this!!!

Can u explain ? In the video of the fitness woman she hold the breath and then released the air but in her own videos it seemed that she held only the breath in - so is it about holding the breath 20 sec while doing that with the stomach or is it about breathing in and while breathing out u do that with the stomach ? I didn‘t get it 😢😮

Just in case you want to know: If you want the correct stimulus of the muscle groups (in the video), you have to treat it as though you’re trying to hold in your bad gas and bladder at the same time (don’t actually do it, but TREAT it as though you need to). This flexing + the breathing should have the best results and this applies to both genders.

I did this for 2 days and I already see a difference. I don’t really have belly fat but I always have a bloated stomach, so it doesn’t look slim. Doing this, my stomach looks flatter and slimmer. I feel like my abs became more visible. I also feel better and healthier. This saved my life! (I didn’t changed my nutrition or worked out or something like that I’m not on a diet either)

I did this for the last three days and have seen a big difference!! I’m already very active but with a bad diet, I don’t have a big stomach and am skinny (15 yrs, 5’7”, 110lbs) but still had room for improvement, especially in the lower stomach area. After only three days of this, I can finally see my ab line much clearer and just feel thinner in general. I lost half an inch on my waist so far and that was after two days

I have plenty of belly, I’m trying this! My goal this year is to begin strengthening all my muscles. I’m recovering from 12 years of chronic illness which affected all my muscles and joints. I was bedridden for the first 4-5 years. Steadily, from that point I tried getting out of bed for a little while each day. Now I can spend as much as 8 hours out of bed. Hubby and I just got a gym membership and I’m starting off veeeerrryyyy slowly. I don’t want to end up BACK in bed, lol! I’m so proud of what I’ve accomplished to date. I. Am. A. Warrior! I have literally been through the steps of dying and slowly come back to low grade pain. That is HUGE!! Much love to all and give thanks for your health! You don’t want to experience losing it. 🙏🏻💗🕊️🕊️

I am 70 years old and herd about doing this so I gave it a try. I was looking like I was pregnant when I started. After 3 weeks of doing the vacuum I now have the upper abs I had when I was in my 30's. I am working hard to get rid of the rest of my lower abs. Its taking longer. Im glad you posted this.

really happy that this slim waist workout is only a minute. I did it for 2 weeks and my mom pointed out that she could see a smaller waist. I am so sore but the results were pretty amazing. My weight goal this year is 170, I currently weigh 184. So it isn't a terrible change but it needs to be done. Thank you for this workout.

(finished) gonna try and do it for a week !!! i don’t do any specific diet or exercises, just trying to eat healthier, drink more water and run/walk at least 2km waist before: 64/65cm day 1: did 5 sets of 20 seconds, not sure if i was doing it right, also walked 2km day 2: did another 5 sets of 20secs and also ran/walked 2 sets of 1.5km each day 3: i managed to do 5 sets of 25secs each and i felt like this was more effective for me, i will also run/walk in the evening today since i didn’t have time in the morning day 4: did 5 sets of 25secs as well as a 3km run/walk day 5: did 6 sets of 20secs after my 3km walk day 6: did 6 sets of 20 secs day 7: i managed to do 6 sets of 25 secs for the last day waist after: 62.5cm wow!! overall: looking at my before and after photos i think i see a small difference or it may be just my imagination but the measurements say otherwise and i’m actually very surprised! the exercise is very easy and i will keep doing it every day and if i do see a big change i will let you know 🤍 update: it’s been 2 weeks and my waist is at 60cm 🥳 update: it’s been 5 months, my waist is at 58cm lol

Gonna do this for one week with no diet change or other exercise to see the honest results following the 3 x 20 and to see if it effects lower belly pudge at all. Also note that I’m breathing throughout the exercise, not holding my breath! Day 1: ✅ Waist: 73.5 cm Lower belly: 89 cm Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ I could really feel my muscles able to clench stronger more this day! Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ today is the first day I can see a noticeable difference in the mirror 😳 I’m excited to measure in tomorrow !! Day 7: ✅ Waist: 72.5 cm Lower Belly: 88.5 Overall I lost 1 cm off of my waist and .5 cm off of my lower belly. I would say I noticed an internal difference more than a visible difference; each day I could feel my core able to contract with more strength and I feel more solid inside which makes sense since this exercise strengthens muscle not burns fat. :) I think in conjunction with diet change this would be a very simple but powerful exercise to add into your daily routine!

I'm 13 and watching videos like this because of insecurities my bullies in primary gave me. I hope this works so my life can be happy again. I gained so much weight over lockdown and became even more insecure. I have tried 15 different videos on different workouts and diets so far I hope this one works. Edit: I'm 15 now and I'm nearly 16. Thank you to everyone who's commented you've all been so supportive. I didn't use this video tho for every one who's asked if it's worked I've actually used diffrent workout routines and I'm close to having defined abs. Starting today: 06 August 21 Waist: 86 cm Hips: 97 cm I don’t do a specific diet for now but I do some workouts (30-50 minutes about) everyday, o al least I try everyday, it’s normal if one day I don’t really feel like it, take your time 🥰 Day 1: ✅ it’s kinda easy, I did if after my workout so I was tired after it 😆 Day 2: ✅ did it, it’s funny to do it ahah Day 3: ✅ a little tired but I did my workout and this for one minute, let’s see! Day 4: ✅ day off for my workout but did this for 2 minutes! Day 5: ✅ no workout but did this again for one minute! Day 6: ✅ did also today! Not so hard to do! Day 7: ✅ and also today is gone! Day 8: ✅ I see a lot of results!! Day 9: ✅ tomorrow is the last day and I’m so excited to measure myself Day 10: ✅ finally finished it! I’ve got so many results and I’m so excited!! Final results at day 15 August 2021: ⬇️ Waist: 82 cm Hips: 94/95 cm 🤩🤩

I definitely want to try this! I went to the dr complaining of back pain and she said I have a weak core. The fact I can do this standing up and get results in a week us it not taking a lot of time out of each day are all pluses for me!

To actually maintain your cravings just portion your snack like one cup of chips or one square of chocolate (don't eat the whole bar😄) anf when eating some side dishes like Rice , Mash Potato just have a cup . But if u actually dont like having a lot of rice eat japanese rice cause its really filling yout stomach for just a couple of spoons and after 15 mins of eating lunch (do sum crunches , squats and a different version of push ups *cus i know there is a fenale style doing it*) then maintain your diet for a week and check the results by taking the size of your waist and parts that were fatty before do not weigh yourself cause if its just the same weight before (its better to take measure than weighing yourself) .... Hope this helps alot 😄😄😄

I've gotta say, this is an unexpected perk of the exercise. I'm a musician (flautist) who does a hell of a lot of cardio and breathing exercise to help my lung capacity and breath control and this literally worked wonders for both of those things. So any fellow flautists in the comment section you know what to do now.

As I have said in my accidentally deleted comment I’m gonna do it for a week. No other exercises or diet were included for fair judgement. Starting measurement: 68 cm. Day 1: ✅ (4x20s) I don’t think I did it right cause it was right after dinner, adding one more day just in case. Day 2: ✅ (6x20s) Praying for it to work Day 3: ✅ (6x20s) It’s much easier to do now Day 4: ✅ (6x20s) I took measurements, it’s 67 cm guys 🙀 Day 5: ✅ (6x20s) After some research I have found that doing it on your knees with hands on the floor is more productive, tried that way. It’s a little harder. Day 6: ✅ (6x20s) I feel my lower abdomen got harder and it doesn’t protrude(?) much during the day Day 7: ✅ (6x20s) One day till the end, I'm really looking forward to tomorrow Day 8: ✅ (6x20s) We did it guys! End results: As I’ve promised, I tried to make as fair judgement as possible, I didn’t suck in my stomach during measurements and I was so shocked myself by the results, it’s 65.5 cm 🙃 I can’t believe it worked so well. I hope this can be a sign for you guys to start doing the exercise yourselves! I believe in you everyone, you should also experience this miracle. I’m gonna continue doing this in the future, cause it takes almost no time, and I can keep you updated if you want 😊 Week 2: Update!!! It’s 65 cm. I guess after the first week when your muscles are already toned there’s not much difference in the following weeks. Week 3: No change, 65 cm. Week 4: So I had to go for a calorie surplus because I'm trying to grow my booty, and my waist naturally increased. now being at 65.5 cm.

Btw, it’s better if you make a little research before starting by watching other videos where they teach you how to do it right! And you shouldn’t be doing it if you have periods or stomach problems. Remember, you shouldn’t feel any pain during the exercise, so if you do please stop immediately. Stay healthy everyone ❤️

@@posterhannahgraziai.5238 for beginners: you make a deep breath, put your hands on your knees and slightly bend them, then after breathing out all of the air out of you lungs, you kinda shift the air left in your stomach back into the lungs by sucking it in as much as you can, sort of creating the vacuum in the stomach and hold this position for 20 seconds, or for as long as you can. Make sure not to breath in in a sudden manner when coming out of the position, but do it softly. I'm not very good at explaining, but hope this helps.

because of quarantine, i have been invested on improving my overall health, and after 1 year of working out, my goal now is to tone my tummy and have that snatched waist. i also want to eat more intuitively and not feel guilty when i overeat especially when i honor what my body is craving. btw ur fits are amazing!!!

Doing this exercise for 33 days! Day 1: Done! Wasn't sore like Zoe mentioned in the video. Day 2: Done! Surprisingly think I'm already seeing changes! Day 3: Done and WOW! My waist is SHRINKING! Day 4: I felt extremely tired and unmotivated and had to skip. Day 5: Done! No notes for today. I'll make sure to keep updating! Day 6: Done! I haven't seen many changes recently.

looks pretty clear to me, though, that her stomach is relaxed at the start of the video, but then tensed (sucked in) at the end when she's measuring. not saying this isn't a useful exercise or anything, but if you're reading this comment, please don't expect your waist to suddenly be 1.5 in smaller after a week.

Not to mention, she measured herself at the start just before her period, and at the end when her period was over. That's so innacurate because periods make your stomach bloat.

I hope this helps somebody!! If you feel hungry, drink water and if you stop feeling hungry afterwards it just meant you were craving something but wasnt actually hungry. If you drink water and still feel hungry afterwards, then you need to eat something.

yo girl~ i rlly did try this without hesitations. at first, my stomach had that sore thing feeling but i didn't mind it. i tried it for a 2 weeks and i lost like 2.5 inches! this video helped a lot! EDIT: guys i also got slimmer 😊😊 EDIT 2: so guys now i actually weighed myself and i lost like 1-2 kg.

me: *does the breathe vacuum* mom: *you better not trying to inhale drugs* ---------------------------------------------------------- *As for my routine, I didn't follow her 1 minute time.* Instead I listened to what my body can handle: *3 sets a day* *40 seconds on* (depends on how long you want) *15-25 seconds rest* It doesn't matter if the result within a week won't be a tremendous change, just keep going and don't abuse your body.

okay! let try it Day 1:✅- SO easy! no problem what so ever! Day 2:✅- i was a bit sore, but it was still extremely easy. and i’m not sure if i’m hallucinating, but i see a change! Day 3: ✅ i noticed myself being able to suck my stomach in more, and being in absolutely no pain! Day 4: ✅- i can suck my stomach in a lot more! but holding that, makes me sore 😢 Day 5: ❌- forgot to do it. because of this, i am adding an extra day to the end Day 6: ✅- simple as usual Day 7: ✅- ribs are SORE af. my waist/ stomach does not stick out as much. improvements? definitely. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅- OMG. i have a line on my stomach and i look so much better Day 10: ✅ ⚠️last day⚠️Day 11:✅ i didn’t measure, but i think there has been improvement, yet there is room for more. i am adding 10 more days! day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅- my shirt size before, was XL but today, i tried on one of my aunts old sweaters (medium) and it fit!!! day 5: ✅ day 6: ❌-i had a stomach ache day 7: ✅ day 8: ❌ day 9: ✅- i don’t know if i’m just learning to love myself, or if i’m legit losing weight! i have a line on my back and stomach and i have CURVES day 10:✅ adding ten more days! day 1: ✅ day 2: ❌ day 3: day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: day 8: day 9: day 10:

lets try because i have an event in 2 weeks and im tryna have a snatched waist notes: i didn't really change my diet because i do 3x2mins planks each night and i have phys ed 3 times a week for 1 hour First measurement: 70cm/27.5 inches about Day 1: It wasn't so hard maybe because i clench my stomach a lot. I did 2x1 minute vacums my back kinda hurt the entire time so im not sure if i did it right Day 2: it was much easier and i already decreased by a centimeter!!! Day 3: i went lighter today and did only a 3 minute plank with the two vaccums Day 4: did 3 stomach vaccums only cuz i wad busy today and had no time to do my planks. my waist hast changed since day 2 so i'm not sure what to do. i just wanna be 26 inches to fit into my dress :,( Day 5:i haven't been very active the past two days and eating a lot so my waist increased by 2 centimeters -right back at the begining i'm so sad right now. Day 6: i did my planks today along with my vaccums and my waist is back down! Day 7: after such an amazing day yesterday im really sad about today. i got really stressed out and unconsciously stress ate a bunch. like my mom made a pot of spaghetti and i just sat in front of the tv with a fort and a drink eating out of it. needless to say my waist is back up again and i didnt do my vaccums because i was so full that it hurt Finish measurement: 67cm/26.5cm (im using my measurements from day 7 morning) like this comment daily so i can remember please! ^^

its okie to eat badly sometimes. maybe you were just craving the spaghetti. what I'm trying to say is dont get mad at yourself for eating bad foods sometimes. its okie, just, the next day or later that day continue eating healthy! yelling at yourself and being said that you ate badly can form a bad relationship with food. good job tho!
