Hi. How well does Bigin integrate with Outlook 365? I am just looking for a contact manager that integrates tightly with Outlook 365 where I can pull up a contact and see all interactions that I have had with that contact either by emails, appts, tasks & notes. Does the Outlook 365 integration allow me to bring all my contacts and emails from Outlook into Bigin? Thanks!

@@RajhvirChana Hi. I spent a decent amount of time with Bigin tech support and they could not get the Begin to integrate with my Outlook 365 so I ended up going with Salesforce.

If you want to "upgrade" to Zoho CRM, here's an article: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/bigin/data-administration/articles/upgrade-to-zoho-crm If that doesn't work for you because you didn't select the default template when creating a organization in Bigin, you can try to sync your data with Zoho CRM, and once it's synced, you can disable the integration. Yes, it's very easy. You just need to click on "upgrade to Zoho CRM". Here's an article: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/bigin/data-administration/articles/upgrade-to-zoho-crm If you Zoho One (a suite of apps that include CRM and Bigin), it might be slightly different.

Yes, that's correct. There are some situation where you don't have to pay for licenses that are not going to be used, but most of the time you will have to pay license per employee.

Thanks, great and helpful video. Anyone who used or tested Apptiva (vs Bigin). Both seems nice but Bigin seems to have a more modern interface and also since they get their ressources from Zoho, it could be a safer road. Let me know if anyone has tested both, thanks

Hey! We have not tested Apptivo, but like you said, Bigin is behind Zoho, and based on the amount of updates they added lately, it seems that they are investing a lot of resources on it. Also, you have the option to easily migrate to Zoho CRM in the future if you need to, for example if your company grows a lot and you need features that are not available in Bigin.
