Hi Lior We have added your company as our zoho partner. This is the email we sent to support today. We are now aggressively moving most of our work from GSuite to Zoho One, but we are now facing the following issues: Team Inbox: The Sent email section only shows the sent items from my account not what my colleagues sent, so the only way to know what my colleague is sending is to CC the from address which only creates more emails to manage in the inbox. What is the point of a team inbox if I cannot see what my colleagues are sending? Team Inbox: Archiving Sent emails seems to do nothing, the email is still there just the label changes to archieved, what use is this? Team Inbox: Same with the contacts, I am not able to import my contacts, the contacts my colleague sends email to does not show in my account. Again, seems to defeat the purpose of working as a team. WorkDrive: I am trying to create a synced carbon copy version of my google drive on the my work drive so that over the next 6 months or so we can slowly transition to work drive. Again there is no way to do this even using zoho flow. Work Drive: Same as above there is no way to convert the google sheets to zoho sheets automatically even using zoho flow. Zoho Sheets: There is now way to edit published sheets, this does not even make sense, the sheet could be published on a website and there could be constant requirement to update it so that the published sheet automatically updates on the website. This just needs to work the same way as google sheets. Zoho Mail: Don't understand why zoho mail and zoho team inbox have to be separate apps? Just to manage emails we need to keep shifting between and team inbox and zoho mail. Specially because the contacts section in team inbox is incomplete. Zoho Mail: After investing so much time in setting up our CRM, we are now realising that there is no way to actually pick our contacts from the CRM and send them an email. If you cannot sync the CRM and Zoho mail contacts at least provide the option to search them and email them in the CRM extension. Overall contact management among apps is very poor. Zoho Notebook: There is no way to have a shared notebook, while this may not be required for regular customers but among Zoho One accounts at least notebooks could be shared. Zoho CRM: when I am on a deal and I click on send email, obviously I would want to email all the contact roles associated with the deal, I have to manually add the contact roles from global search. At least you should list the contact roles associated with the deal so that we can select who we want to email. Just generally speaking the way contact roles works in deals is very poor, adding them or emailing them, automations, SMS, everything. Every large deal is bound to have multiple important contacts but it seems like only the primary contact is given priority. Zoho Books: Zoho Books and Zoho CRM should not be called an integration its just a contact sync, lot more work is required here to make it genuinely useful. Licensing: If an organisation has flexible Zoho one license you you want to add more licenses for only 2 particular apps. Zoho requires you to remove those apps from zoho one then purchase all the required licenses for those apps. Why should an organisation double pay for licenses even for the zoho one users? Zoho Cliq: when zoho cliq is completely free for the basic plan, why cant you allow as many users as we like irrespective of the zoho one licenses? Why cant it just work like google chat? Zoho People, Payroll: there seems to be no way to formalise cash based workers like security, daily wagers, cleaning staff, in some cases the cost of license is a significant chunk of the salary paid to them. The above issues are some off the teething troubles we are facing to move from our current systems to the zoho ecosystem. Hope you will consider this constructive feedback and actually resolve these issues at some point. Regards Yusuf

Thanks for your post, You raised some serious concerns, I was thinking of trying Zoho One but the list of problems you posted is alarming and the idea of Zoho is a bit off putting to me now.
