Hello! I made this with Greek yogurt. I added 1/4 cup chop walnuts. I baked in a 9" cast iron pan. Delicious little cake! Thank you! ❤

I just made them and they were yummy. The only thing I will say change is smaller grate of the zucchini. So fluffy😊
