This same thing happened to me a few days ago...tracking says delivered but no package....I called FedEx who confirmed that it was delivered.... they had a pic of the package at a front door not my door🙄 Fedex said I have the right tracking # but package had a different name and address but same zip code....so then I realized that it was a seller's scam....good thing I used PayPal..I don't give out my card info when shopping online...if they don't use PayPal I don't buy....I contacted Ebay and got a full refund....will not buy from Ebay again will stick with Amazon....scamming is real people 😠

Hello and good morning I have the similar situation the buyer file a chargeback after items received and after 3 months after purchase, not recognize the transaction, I send with full tracking and signature confirmation, as item is a camera lens buyer pay by PayPal, buyer file a chargeback after they has been kicked out of eBay, eBay reply “buyer violated eBay rules”with 4 feedback (3 of them buying camera related items) and violated too many rule ? EBay is holding my account hostage, meaning no way to use the fund from my new sale and eBay reply will take up to 4 to 8 weeks? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Anything help, thank you.

John McEnroe is 1000% correct! But I think he did make a mistake in the way he answered that female reporter that started this whole nonsense. His mistake was saying that Serena would be ranked 700th in the world. And that's the number they got everyone's panties all in a bunch. However, the correct response when NPR asked John “why say female why not just say the greatest tennis player ever” John should have responded something along these lines. John: “well in order for her to be the greatest tennis player in the world male or female, she would have to beat the number one male tennis player in the world. So do you think she could beat the number one male tennis player in the world?” That should have been the response John should have given. And then he could have referred when Serena Williams went on the David Letterman show and clearly admitted that there was no chance in hell she could beat Andy Murray. And at that time he was ranked #6 in the world. That should have shut that NPR reporter up real quick!!

I think when you said you get attacked when you go against "the popular opinion" this is not quite right. What we are seeing is minority groups expecting the majority to go along with their thoughts and ways. It's more a case of the majority feeling they have to agree with the minority lest they be, as you say. called sexist, racist, etc. It's a strange phenomenon we are seeing at the moment and could well be a knock on effect of the apologetic times we live in. Another good example is the hijacking of words that the "gender debate" people want society as a whole to embrace. They attempt to force new meanings on well defined words such as male and female which society as a whole has agreed the meaning of in the book called the dictionary.

The interesting point is how the facts and reality seem to be pushed aside when anything to do with "gender" is introduced into the discussion. We have to be careful about this and always, as realists, stand our ground - as JM did here. This new fashionable drive to consider any remark that puts different genders into different categories abhorrent has to be called out when nature, reality, the real world, etc, clearly shows different. Ebay is protecting these scam sellers. The same happened to me but they sent it to the wrong zip code. Despite showing this information directly from Ebay, they denied my claim. The seller refuses to send the item or refund my money. Fedex verified that the address was wrong and the package wasn't even in my name. Ebay also refuses to do any form of investigation.
