I hope all the best for you! I'll a stroke survivor and they are nasty in so many ways. I'm sorry to hear this. The doctors will tell you that all the recovery is made in the first year - in my experience, this is not true. The best and fastest recovery is in the first year, but I made as much progress years 2-5 as I did year 1. Again, I really hope everything turns out well for you guys!
