So I think I've finally gotten what Mr Watters was trying to convey here.. obviously if you look at the overhead shot there's a small section of cardboard over by the fire for the little daughter. But she's obviously not there. They're obviously refugees trying to make it to freedom to another country, and she lost her daughter somehow . And when she walks on the sand she still sees her daughter playing in the sand, but then at the end she's not there just an old doll washed on the beach. She's obviously grieving badly in that old deserted building she's living in maybe she lost her daughter trying to get out of the country? And of course she went into deep depression?

Roger is a true artist and this version is perfect, it reflects the state of our situation, the state of the world. Something wonderful, despite the lack of Gilmour's solo. A moving song. Great Artist. A genius, and PF is a music icon.

I saw this in Miami in 2022, and then a month later, Hurricane Ian was steered into southwest Florida and destroyed my home. Seeing this live in concert brought tears and chills to me. It truly was like a dark premonition of sorts. I will never forget this!!
