❤❤❤will be doing this one again and again . Breathing is the toughest part for me and his oceanic deep breaths make it easier to follow !❤❤ ❤

Excellent cueing and an almost hypnotic voice allowed me to focus on each breath and let every other thought subside. It truly is a moving meditation. What an amazing teacher! Thank you

Each time I do this practice I enjoy the flow more and more. The breath gets deeper, the focus more still and the body more open. Except muscle burns. They are not getting less in that warrior sequence... :D I really appreciate you sharing this with the world, your word of choice is exquisite and makes this online practice so intimate, personal and even spiritual. You inspire me as a yoga teacher and challenge me as a practitioner. Thank you deeply for your work! Wishing you the best from Budapest, Hungary :)

A very calming guidance and the chanting was so nourishing to the soul. The anatomy-based cueing with simple approach made it so enjoyable. Thank you

Very similar to Ty's 60 min 'short and sweet' but some nice different variations with more focus on back bending (love the ustrasana variations). I find this one and short & sweet fairly accessible (in terms of Ty's videos).

Really appreciated the anatomically-based cueing. Great practice. I hope to be able to do all of it one day, especially those handstands and other transitions.

As a Yoga beginner, aged 26, I don't have much talent in believing that I can realize plenty of advanced yoga positions, not to mention the front and middle split. I wonder if we could really learn yoga as an amateur by ourselves?
@tylandrumyoga Жыл бұрын
26 is young. I started at 30. There is no telling where the journey will take you. But you have to give yourself over to find out. 🙏🏽

@@tylandrumyoga how did you learn advanced yoga positions well? Did you go for a Yoga training center or you lean it on your own?
